Out of all the stories, “lost books”, theories and extra-Biblical narratives out there influencing Christianity, I happen to agree that it’s totally possible that Jesus went to the East and interacted with the great minds of Eastern philosophy. This video states that “Isa, the noble sole from the West, came in search of the truth… he studied with the masters… taught love, and were loved and revered by the people of India “. All of this is possible, I just don’t think that the living Word, came unto His own as a student. All things were made by Him and for Him.
I think he showed up to teach, instead of to learn. When he was 12, the teachers of the law were amazed at his teaching. If he took the position of teacher at 12 in the Jewish temple, why would he show up as a student among the other top spiritualists in His world. He probably got bored and went looking for a more astute audience who were more in tune with peace than domination and liberation through a warring king who would save them from Rome.

During his public ministry, Jesus said, “All who come before me were thieves and robbers” I used to think it was liars and thieves, but that’s not the case, the teachers, masters and sages of old had their truth, but He also said, “I AM the Light”.
Jesus also stated that there is no way to the Father except through Him. Hard words indeed, and not words that would come from a student subordinate to great minds in the East. They would be “soul thieves” if they kept what was loaned to them, and would not submit to the Son of God. Remember the parable of the vineyard?
Here is a video to ponder, just be sure to watch it in its entirety, if you are NOT going to watch till the end, don’t bother starting it, because you’ll miss the point!*
I think that if Jesus went to the East, it was to tell them that He was the fulfillment of their religious systems. I imagine he was not well received when He got to the part about him being at the dawn of creation and fathered by God, and I imagine that if faced with that truth, they may not have wanted to give up their life’s ambitions of self-realization and all the truth they had found, earned, and were given.
Perhaps they had abandoned their own families to be masters or made other great sacrifices or efforts to obtain the truths that they “earned”, and they were too heavily invested in their direction to adjust their course.
Holy Spirit did not allow Paul to preach the Gospel in Asia, and I’m guessing it’s because they had such strong leaders who had already rejected Jesus as deity. I find it very interesting that many major world religions will pay homage to Jesus as a prophet, a good teacher, an avatar, etc. It’s like they want to use his name for credibility, but not his soul-saving mission, fulfilling the requirement of payment for the sins of humanity.
Acts 16:6-24 New King James Version (NKJV):
“Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia. After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.”Muslims also claim to revere Jesus, they just keep him at the level of prophet, and reject the Father-Son relationship.
All this talk about oneness, vibration, the substance of light and matter, they are all true about the creation. My belief is that the creation is simply the manifestation of what exists in the spirit realm, and that, “the Universe is simply the physical manifestation of the infinite spirit of God“. Like our bodies; meaning, love and even observation cannot be accomplished without engaging that which is other than physical.
I’m doubling down on the fact that God is a loving father (not an alien from Niburu) who came in human form by putting part of Himself into a baby, limiting his power to become relatable to the human portion of His creation. As Jesus the Christ, he mastered the selfish temptations of the flesh, taught the principles of the Kingdom of God, demonstrated love, dominated philosophy, operated in power, lived a sinless life, suffered a prolonged, painful and humiliating death on a cross to pay the price for the sins of all humanity, and even overcame and defeated death and its claim on our lives due to our sin… all to invite us, with a free invitation, to the family table–which I think we his followers will all be at very soon.
Every religion has rules, behaviors, expectations, laws, levels and a form of government. I don’t think “the Way” was supposed to be that way. I am finding love and acceptance to be at the heart of true peace. I don’t want to master my universe. I want to enjoy, explore and LIVE eternally, being fully known and fully loved by others–other than my self–with someone smarter than me who created it all to enjoy with his children.
Even more, I want to share the Joy of salvation, set people free with the ability to forgive and be forgiven, with the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, introduce them to Holy Spirit, and increase the “peace that passes understanding” on this earth, with the time I have left here.

*point being, that one devoted to religion realizes that the purpose of religion was to lead to the one who fulfilled the law.
